KARACHI - Medium pacer Javaria Rauf registered a unique hat-trick but failed to save Knights from two-wicket defeat in PCB Women Twenty20 Triangular Cricket Tournament at Southend Club Ground on Wednesday.
Talented Javaria had Kanita Jalil (28) caught in the slips by Naheeda, having Sidra Nawaz caught by Sana Mir for a duck and trapped lbw Zainab for duck on first, second and third ball of her only over. Batting first, Knights were restricted to 8-8 in 20 overs. Rabia Shah made 24. Leg-spinner Batool Fatima took three wickets for 11 runs.
