ISLAMABAD - Top seed Aqeel Khan and second seed Yasir Khan to clash in the final of the Subh-e-Nau National Clay Court Tennis Championship 2014, after defeating their respective opponents in the semifinals played here at PTF Tennis Complex on Sunday. In the first semifinal, Yasir Khan beat M Abid in three hard-fought sets, 1-6, 7-5, 6-3, while in the second semifinal, Aqeel Khan got walk over Abid Ali, who failed to turn up for the match. In men's single U-18 match, top seed M Mudassar beat Hamza Bin Asif 6-0,6-3, while Zaid Mujahid defeated M Muzammil 7-6, 6-4. In ladies singles semifinal top seed Sara Mansoor beat Maheen Aftab 6-1, 6-0 and in the second semifinal Aleena Aftab beat Maryam Mirza 6-3, 6-2. Aqeel Khan/Jaleel Khan will clash Yasir Khan/Shehzad Khan in the men's doubles final. Aqeel Khan/Jaleel Khan beat Sana Ullah/Heera Ashiq 6-2, 7-5 in the first semifinal while Yasir Khan/Shehzad Khan beat M Abid/UsmanRafiq 7-6, 6-2 in the second semifinal. –Staff Reporter
