KARACHI - Ahmer Abbas won the main title in masters category with the score of 609 points in the final here on Thursday.
Ahmer was awarded Rs 45,000 worth TISSOT sports watch along with a gold medal. Aleem Agha was the runners-up (576pts) and received 5,000 rupees with a silver medal whereas Farhaj Ahmed secured third position (547pts) and was awarded Rs 3,000 cash along with a bronze medal.
The top scorer was Hasnain Rangoonwala with 259 points received 45,000 worth Tissot sports watch by Brand Manager Tissot Aamir Khan on scoring 1312 in six games. In the amateur singles, Jawwad Usman with stunning performance secured first position (491 pts), received Rs 45,000 worth TISSOT sports watch along with a gold medal. Abid Ahmed was the runners-up (479 pts), received 5,000 rupees and a silver medal, Osama Ayub took third position (457 pts) and received 3,000 rupees and a bronze medal. The top scorer was Osama Ayub with 189 points.
Ahmer and Abid secured first position (376pts) in double event and received 5,000 rupees and a gold medal. The second position was obtained Usman Ghani and Raja Ejaz by scoring pts 361pts and received 3000 cash prize with a silver medal. The third position was secured by Zahid Mehmood and Waleed Mukhtar (346 pts) received 3,000 rupees and a bronze medal.
