PCB takes notice of U-16, U-19 fake trials

ISLAMABAD – PCB-recognised Rawalpindi District Cricket Association Interim Committee chairman Makdhoom Syed Abbas Shah has taken strong notice of fake trials of U-16 and U-19 conducted by few persons at Degree College ground and warned all such persons involved in trial process to get ready to face the PCB’s strict action. Addressing a press conference, Abbas said: “We have sent cuttings of the newspaper clippings to PCB Director Domestic Intikhab Alam, who has taken notice of the situation and warned all these fake persons not to mislead players.” He said that the PCB had made it clear that it would accept only those trials conducted by PCB-recognised Interim Committee on April 12 and 13 and their shortlisted players would be allowed to participate in Inter-district U-19 championship.”–Staff Reporter
