LAHORE – The 37th annual sports day of the Crescent Model Higher Secondary School was held in the school playground on Saturday. Advisor to Punjab Chief Minister Khawaja Ahmad Hassan graced the occasion as chief guest while Crescent Educational Trust chairman Mian M Rafi, secretary Zaheer A Sheikh and a large number students and guests also present there. Walk band display was the first eye-catching event. Gymnastics, judo, karate and P.T show display stood out for quality and excellence. The other events in which student took part with zeal and zest include athletics, gymnastics, bird race, stamina race, potato race, wheel barrow race, sack race, three-leg race and tug-of-war. At the end, the chief guest gave away prizes and trophies to the winners.–Staff Reporter
