KARACHI Fahad Academy beat St Paul by four wickets in the HBL-KCCA Inter School Cricket Championship here the other day at KDA Ground. In another match of the competition, GBSS Ibrahim Bhai scored nine-run win over Kamran Public School at the KCCA cricket ground. Batting first, St Paul scored 152 for 9 in 35 overs. Ghazanfar Ghaffar and Abdul Qadeer scored 27 runs each. Rashid Khan and Adil Khan took 2 wickets each for 24 runs. In reply, Fahad Academy School achieved the target losing four six wickets in 23.1 overs. Abdul Ghani 39 and Naved Khan batted well. Arsalan Ahmed took 3 wickets for 44 runs. GBSS Ibrahim Ali Bhai, batting first, scored 115 in 32.1 overs. Zafar Ali scored 33 with the help of three boundaries while Naimat Afridi 16 runs with help of 16 runs. Shiraz Hussain and Rehan took two wickets each. In reply, Kamran Public School was bundled out for 106 runs in 37.2 overs. Firas Azam and M Arif scored 19 and 14 respectively. Naimat Afridi took two wickets for 18 runs.
