USACA seeks PCB help

LAHORE - The newly-appointed Chief Executive Officer of USA Cricket Association Nabeel Ahmed said that USACA will seek cooperation from various cricket boards including Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to lift the level of cricket in America.
The newly-elected USACA CEO believed that the noted cricket boards of the world could benefit the cricket in USA where the passion for cricket was ever growing and youth was taking cricket as a sport. "Now the things have changed in USACA with some changes in the system and we need to accelerate our efforts to do what could not be achieved in the past and it is only possible when other cricket boards help us boost the game in USA," he added.
To a query regarding PCB support to USACA, he replied: “USACA will welcome cooperation from PCB as far supplementing of efforts of promoting cricket is concerned in USA. We have a ICC certified stadium in Florida which can host day and night matches and last year we hosted New Zealand and Sri Lanka T20 matches and this summer in June, New Zealand and West Indies will be playing two T20 at the same venue and we are thankful to both the boards for playing in USA."
