Lahore beat Abbottabad in One-day Cup

ISLAMABAD - Lahore Eagles beat Abbottabad Falcons one wicket in the One-Day Cup 2013-2014 seventh round Group-I match played at Abbottabad Stadium on Thursday. Batting first, Abbottabad made 267 for the loss of eight wickets in 45 overs. Rehan Afridi made 80 off 48 deliveries, hitting nine boundaries and three sixes while M Asghar added 71. Qaiser Ashraf claimed three wickets for 45 runs and Tanzil Altaf took two for 60. In reply, Lahore Eagles achieved the target in 44.4 overs losing nine wickets. Yousaf Ali made 64. Inam Khan and Saad Ali took three wickets each.–Staff Reporter
