LAHORE - Chairman Punjab Education Foundation Raja Muhammad Anwar has said that PEF has formally launched its Skills Development Program (SDP) from Lahore. According to this program, out of school deserving up to 20 years old youth will be imparted free training in different professional skills including IT, hoteling, cooking & communication skills improvement besides training of different Technical & Vocational skills. He expressed these views while presiding over a departmental meeting at his office on Thursday. PEF DMD (Ops) Tanvir Ahmad Zaffar, Program Directors and other officers also attended the meeting. The meeting was told that first batch of ten out of school children belonging to Mominpura, Qalandarpura and Mugalpura localities have been sent on two month course with the COTHM to get training in culinary skills.
