RAWALPINDI - Judges of a Special Accountability Court No 4 Khalid Mehmood here on Thursday adjourned the hearing regarding the three corruptions references filed by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against Nawaz Sharif, Shahbaz Sharif and others till August 21. Deputy Prosecutor General of NAB, Zulqikar Ahmad Bhutta and Special Prosecutor Arif Ali Zafar Chohan asked the court to issue summons for appearance before the court to all accused nominated in the three references, including PML-N Quaid Mian Nawaz Sharif, Mian Shahbaz Sharif, Chief Minister of Punjab, Mian Muhammad Abbas Sharif, Sabiha Abbas, Maryam Safdar, Hamza Shahbaz and others. The NAB has already filed three corruption references of money laundering, misuse of power in Hudebia Paper Mills, Ittefaq Foundry and Raiwind land against the Sharif family. The court fixed August 21 for next hearing in this regard. It is pertinent to mention that references against Sharif family were re-opened in September 2007 on the request of NAB.
