LAHORE - Muhammad Irshad Tahir, Ameer Minhaj-ul-Quran Lahore has been elected Ameer of the chapter for another two-year term whereas Shabbir Hussain would be Secretary General. Officebearers of Minhaj-ul-Quran belonging to 25 towns elected the new executive body in a meeting held at the Central Secretariat. Congratulating the newly elected executive body, central Ameer of Minhaj-ul-Quran Faiz-ur-Rehman Durrani and Acting Secretary General Sheikh Zahid Fayyaz expressed hope that the officebearers would leave no stone unturned to come up to the expectations of workers and leadership. Other office holders include Muhammad Hanif Qadri, Hafizullah Javed, Dilwar Mahmood, Muhammad Asif, Raja Mahmood Aziz, Mian Mumtaz Hussain, Muhammad Ramzan Ayubi, Sanaullah Khan, Muhammad Ilyas Doger, Mian Muhammad Arshad, Mian Rais Ahmad and Qamar Iqbal.
