Judge family court motivates parties for pre-trial reconciliation

Eighteen family cases were disposed of during last weeks by judge family court

RENALA KHURD    -   Judge Family Court Renala Khurd Mujee­bur Rehman Shami, through his policy of encouraging the parties contesting fam­ily cases in court to settle their dispute by pre-trial reconciliation with each other, has disposed of 18 cases in the recent weeks. 

The cases were titled, Kiran bibi VS Mo­hammad Tayyab (suit for dissolution of marriage along with the recovery of main­tenance allowance ), Sufia Tariq etc VS Sa­miullah (suit for maintenance allowance ) Kishwar Shahzadi VS Allah Waris (suit for recovery of dowry articles along with the re­covery of maintenance allowance ), Sima etc VS Mohammad Kashif (suit for recovery of maintenance allowance ), Mubashar Abdul­lah VS Saima Shameer suit for guardianship ), Fatima Mushtaq VS Arslan Jahangir , (Ap­plication for restoration of suit),Sameena Kosar etc VS Adnan Khalid , (Suit for recov­ery of maintenance allowance ), Azra bibi VS Naeem Riaz, (suit for recovery of mainte­nance allowance along with the recovery of dowry articles), Noreen VS Tufail, (suit for recovery of maintenance allowance ), Aroosa Sarwar VS Iftikhar.

No the cases which are pending for adjudica­tion before the court of judge Mujeebur Rehm­an Shami are: (Application for the restoration of family suit), Humaira Perveen VS Tasawar Hussain (Suit for recovery of maintenance al­lowance along with the recovery of dowry arti­cles ), Abida Perveen, VS Mohammad Ramzan (Suit for recovery of maintenance allowance ), Maryam VS Abdul Raouf(Suit for dissolu­tion of marriage), Naila bibi VS Abdul Hameed (Suit for recovery of maintenance allowance along with the recovery of dowry articles), Sajida Sarwar etc VS Mohammad Yar(Suit for recovery of maintenance allowance), Moham­mad Yasir VS Naveed Akhtar (application for Guardianship), Safia bibi VS Mohammad Riaz (Suit for recovery of maintenance allowance) and Naseem Sarwar VS Ayesha Gull (Applica­tion for Guardianship ).
