ISLAMABAD - While demanding of the government not to hand over Raymond Davis to Washington, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has urged to arrest the driver of the second vehicle which ran over an innocent bystander Obaid-ur-Rahman whose family is seeking justice. He said it is not understandable that while on one hand Spokesman for the President, Farhatullah Babar, says that despite immense pressure from the US, the accused will not be handed over to America, the interior minister on the other hand says there is no pressure whatsoever on the govt in the matter.
