Power loadshedding has reduced in country, says Kaira

Minister for Information and Broadcasting Qamar Zaman Kaira has said the power generation situation has improved during the last few days which has resulted reduced in loadshedding.
Talking to the media persons in Muzaffargarh on Friday along with Water and Power Minister Chaudhry Ahmed Mukhtar he said power generation has gone up to 14000 megawatt with the shortfall reduced to 3700 Megawatt.
He was confident that the power generation situation will further improve with more water inflows in the dams and restoration of Chashma power plant.
The information minister regretted the attitude of the Punjab government on the issue of load shedding. He said the PML (N) should stop drama of protests on the national issue and instead share its inputs to address the crisis.
Speaking on the occasion‚ Minister for Water and Power Chaudhary Ahmad Mukhtar said restoration of transmission lines in Muzaffargarh has been completed.
