Clerics show support for Kashmiris

LAHORE - Countrywide seminars and conferences were organised and clerics delivered Friday sermons in support of Kashmir issue on the call of Difa-e-Pakistan Council.

The Council which is conglomerate of different political and religious parties is marking a week in the name of Kashmir.

In Friday sermons, resolutions were passed against Indian State Terrorism in Occupied Kashmir.

Addressing gathering in Lahore, Jamaat-ud-Dawa Chief Hafiz Saeed said that India cannot compete Pakistan in traditional war so it is being provided terrible chemical weapons by Israel. He said Kasmiri Muslims are bearing Indian army’s atrocities for decades.

Terming Kashmir the issue of whole Pakistani nation, he said: “Kashmir is jugular vein of Pakistan and is people stand firm with their brothers in their struggle for freedom from Indian jaws.”

In Kasur, DPC arranged Yakjahti Kashmir Conference in Kangan Pur. Large number of people participated in conference. Strict arrangements of security were made.

Central Leader JuD Hafiz Abdul Rehman Makki delivered Friday Sermon. President Milli Muslim League (MML) Saifullah Khalid, Doctor Azeem ud Din Lakhvi, Sardar Jahanzaib Muakkal, Abdul Ghafar Mansoor also addressed.

In Multan, JKM arranged Yakjahti Kashmir Rally from Chungi No 7 to Kuchahri Chowk. Large number of people joined rally. Participants deflagrated Indian flag. They chanted slogans in favor of Kashmir. Addressing to rally, Leader JKM Moulana Nasar urged Government of Pakistan to expose Indian State terrorism.

JKM also organized public meeting at Masjid Al-Qadsia, Rawalpindi. Head JuD Rawalpindi Moulana Abdul Rehman and others spoke.
