QUETTA (INP) - Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind, the only opposition lawmaker of the Balochistan Assembly, has been declared proclaimed offender by a local court in a murder case on Saturday. Session Court Judge Daud Nasir heard the case and declared Mr Rind as proclaimed offender in case of killing two persons in 1997. The decision came a week after Sardar Rind, his son and two other accused were awarded 10-year jail sentence by an anti-terrorism court in a kidnapping-for-ransom case.
