ISLAMABAD - President Pakistan Basketball Federation Asif Bajwa has vowed to take every possible step for the uplift of the game in the country. During an exclusive talk with TheNation he said: We will hold international events in Pakistan. Pakistan team will visit India in July to take part in the Asian Basketball Championship qualifying round. He thanked media, sponsors and Pakistan Sports Board for holding the 50th National Basketball Championship successfully. General Secretary of the federation, Col (r) Naseem Butt, speaking on the occasion welcomed the participation of different teams of the country in the 50th National Basketball Championship. He appreciated HEC for their outstanding performance during the championship.
