GCU VC condoles death of controller

LAHORE - Government College University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Ikram ul Haq and faculty members have offered their condolences on the sad demise of Muhammad Qasim Ali, Assistant Controller Examination GCU. In his condolence message to the bereaved family, the Vice Chancellor prayed to the Almighty Allah to bless the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the deceased family members to bear the irreparable loss with fortitude. Meanwhile Government College University Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Ikram-ul-Haq (SI), Old Ravians Union President Dr. Samar Mubarikmand and Political Sceince Department Chairperson Dr. Khalid Manzoor Butt have expressed profound grief on the sad demise of eminent Old Ravian and former Olympian Munir Dar. The Vice Chancellor paid glowing tributes to the late Mr. Dar on account of his indispensable services for promotion of sports in the country and as well as at GCU. The Old Ravians Union had also given the Lifetime Achievement Award to Mr. Dar last year for his services for the nation.
