LAHORE: A 28-year-old factory worker was crushed to death by a rashly driven car at Raiwind Road on early Friday, police said.  Asad Dogar was crossing the road when a recklessly driven car ran over him, resulting in his on the spot death. The driver along with the car fled from the scene.
Police said that resident of Okara district, Asad, was working at a factory located at Raiwind Road.
He was on his way to a nearby Masjid to offer Fajar prayer when the road mishap took place.
Police handed over the body to the family after fulfilling legal formalities. The police have also registered a case and are investigating.–Staff Reporter
