Excessive consumption  of drugs

 Drugs are no doubt used for the treatment of different diseases; but, excessive use can cause deleterious diseases. There are many severe nervous disorders that are aggravated owing to drugs, such as paralysis, vomiting, anxiety, madness, complications in the reproductive system and disorders of the brain, liver and heart.

Aspirin is a different type of drug and is gained from opium. It is used as a pain killer. Heart patients also consume it for the purpose that it normalizes the heartbeat of the heart patient. When it is used unlimitedly then it can subtilize the blood, which can cause paralysis.

Morphine is also a pain killer but excessive use of it can disturb the nervous system of mankind. It lowers blood pressure (BP). It also causes allergy and vomiting.

Heroin is also a type of morphine that is highly addictive. It defectively disturbs the nervous system and excessive use of it is poisonous. A person addicted to this drug cannot be treated at all.

Cocaine is an anaesthesiant narcotic. Excessive use of it can annoy our thinking power and behaviour. Tensions, anxiety, sleeplessness, irritability and madness are caused by it.

Marijuana is an ancient narcotic. People use it thinking that it will relieve them but it is a wrong perception. Excessive use of it affects spermatogenesis and oogenesis.

It is said that cigarettes contain drugs of which some are cancer producers. Nicotine is one of those. It is consumed for the purpose of relief but it has many side effects. It causes headache and fragility.

Alcohol is the most consumed drug in today’s world. It puts the central nervous system under pressure. Excessive use of it can cause deficiency of vitamins in man. This can increase the possibilities of cancer. It also causes foetal alcohol syndrome.

It is humbly requested to the authorities concerned to take serious steps in order to overcome the excessive use of drugs by the public.
