What motivates human action?

Ever since I opened my eyes I felt that man is trapped in a ceaseless state of “worklessness.” Or better say; we’ve giant thinkers but we are actually flooded with “actionless erudite.” From governance to bureaucracy, from officers to students; and from parents to 5-year-old children, we are all infested with acute actionless. We work only under fear, loss, trauma or unavoidable natural calamities. The billion-dollar motivation industry around the world has failed to make us do something.
