ISLAMABAD (Online) JUI-F Senator Maulana Sherani on Friday assumed charge as Chairman of Council of Islamic Ideology. Secretary and other senior officials of CII accorded warm welcome to Maulana Sherani upon his arrival at central office and briefed him about the Councils affairs and performance. Sherani has been appointed for three years, however other members of Council have not been appointed as yet.
