islamabad - Punjab Sports Board Steering Committee Chairman Hanif Abbasi said on Sunday that a modern park having a sports complex was being constructed on a 120-kanal on Rawal Road.
Addressing a ceremony in Chaklala Cantt Scheme-III, he said that the Punjab government was spending over Rs500 million for uplift projects including development projects of education, health and road infrastructure. He said that more development projects would be launched to facilitate the citizens.
He said that the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology was completed where all kind of surgeries would be performed. He said that the urology hospital would be completed soon. The metro bus, a gift of the Punjab government, is facilitating the residents of the twin-cities, he said.
Abbasi said conspiracies are being hatched against peace and stability and enemies of the country wanted to derail the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project which was a game-changer and would bring prosperity to the country.
He said that PTI could not deliver in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa where no mega project could be launched for the people.
