London - Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has undergone angiography at a private hospital in London and doctors have recommended more rest to him.
According to media reports, Pakistan Muslim League leader and Finance Minister Ishaq Dar had undergone angiography in Harley Street London clinic and doctors expressed satisfaction over his test results.
His doctors have recommended more rest for him and advised him to extend his stay in London for receiving complete treatment on priority basis.
Dar’s sons and other family members are also present in London for his care during treatment. It is vital to mention here that an accountability court of Islamabad had rejected his petition of seeking exemption from court appearance in National Accountability Bureau assets reference.
Two days earlier, Ayesha Hamid counsel for Ishaq Dar had submitted his medical report before the court stating the finance minister was ill and he could not stand up for more than four minutes.
It was also mentioned in the medical report that Dar was suffering from heart problem and doctors recommended him angiography. The AC judge Muhammad Bashir, however, rejected his petition of seeking exemption from court appearance had maintained that his bailable arrest warrants would remain intact .
