RAWALPINDI    -  The high ups of Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) on Monday issued final notices to some 496 private educational institutions, operating in residential areas to vacate the buildings and shift to commercial areas before December 31, 2021, informed sources.

“All those schools and colleges will be sealed by the authorities that fail to comply with the orders by December 31, 2021,” said the notice issued by RCB with addition that the sealing process of the violators will be started from January 1, 2022.

According to RCB spokesman, the RCB has displayed awareness banners in all the areas while giving warnings to owners of the private schools and colleges to vacate the premises till December 31, 2021 or be ready for legal action.

He informed that the authorities have also completed a survey to issue notices to owners of all the illegal offices, boutiques, and beauty parlours operating in residential buildings.
