OGRA has imposed ban on supply of petrol in bottle or can at service stations. There must be some good reason but how to help those stranded, because of vehicle running out of petrol due to traffic jams or service stations with no petrol en-route to replenish it? It may please be noted that miscreant need not go to service station for petrol, because it can be easily taken out from any vehicle’s tank with a pipe. OGRA may kindly permit supply of petrol, in a bottle or a can to the needy on presentation of CNIC, which can be noted.
