ISLAMABAD   -   Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain Friday said the opposition will return their homes along with their failed movement to dislodge the government next week.

In a tweet, he said hollow claims of Maulana Fazlur Rehman and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari have proved wooden-horse of no worth. He said the balloon of opposition’s hollow claims will become punctured and added Prime Minister Imran Khan will undertake important visits after the conference of OIC Council of Foreign Ministers being held in Islamabad this month.

He reiterated that the opposition’s ultimatum to Prime Minister Imran Khan to step down or face a no-confidence motion will be unsuccessful.

The minister said that PDM Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s ultimatum of 48 hours and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s deadline of five days were nothing but hollow threats.” The minister’s remarks came three days after Bilawal’s March 3 speech, in which he gave a five-day ultimatum to PM Imran to either step down or dissolve the assemblies to pave the way for fresh elections in order to avoid the wrath of his marchers coming to Islamabad.  However, PPP co-chairperson Asif Ali Zardari and PDM chief Fazlur Rehman, during a recently held meeting, could not agree on a date for tabling the no-confidence motion against the government.
