Karachi streets and buildings are red dirty with the paan ghutka litter.
Roads and streets are covered with pan ghutka litter. I have heard so many times and read in news papers that pan ghutka has been banned by government but don’t know what is happening. No one is stopping the spitting of it and no one follow the rules. Rules are meant to be broken. If you look around and notice on the roads, on the walls and the best of the market places, they have been littered all over.
Best thing about all is that there is no rule to punish such people who intake paan and ghutka. There is no one to stop this.
I am appealing to the supreme court to make strict rules for this problems and also punish such people who litter on roads and public places for at least 12 months.
