PCB has already introduced one day championship and twenty 20 at domestic level in women team level. But I think PCB should introduce four day game at domestic level. Like the regional teams of Karachi Lahore, Islamabad 5 or 6 cities are enough at the beginning than department should also introduce women team and so women player also got the contract like department give it to men player. Women team has not played any test match since 2004 when they played a test match against West Indies. If PCB introduces four day game at domestic level than their temperament is going to improve because whenever women team lost because their batting line is always fail and they even not play their full 50 overs.PCB should also organize more foreign tour for women cricket team.
Pakistan women team performance against bigger team is not very good as compared to against weaker team. Pakistan women team recent performance in 2015 is that Pakistan Women won the ODI Series with Bangladesh Women by 2-0, Pakistan Women won the ODI Series with Sri Lanka Women by 3-0 but on the other hand Pakistan Women lost the ODI Series with West Indies Women by 3-1, Pakistan Women lost the ODI Series with South Africa Women by 2-1.
Similarly Pakistan Women won the T20I Series with West Indies Women by 3-0, Pakistan Women won the T20I Series with Bangladesh Women by 2-0, Pakistan Women won the T20I Series with South Africa Women by 2-1 but Pakistan Women lost the T20I Series with Sri Lanka Women by 2-1.
