HYDERABAD    - A local court in Hyderabad on Monday granted bail to an accused in police encounter. Fourth Senior Civil Judge and Assistant Sessions Judge Hyderabad heard the bail plea of an accused in an alleged police encounter. After hearing the arguments of advocate Suleiman Sarwari, the court announced its verdict by granting bail to granted bail to accused Arshad son of Ahmed Khan in the police encounter case. According to police, the accused opened fire on a police party during a rescue operation against the recovery of a stolen car. A case under FIR No 109 of 2021 under Sections 324, 353, 147, 148, 149, 427 was registered against him in Qasimabad police station.
