Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Wednesday approved the acceptance of the Award ‘Ordine della Stella d’Italia’, conferred by the Italian government on three Pakistani nationals. According to the sources, the Italian government conferred the award on Chief of Protocol Ghalib Iqbal, Barrister Waseem Ahmad Qureshi and Opal Laboratories CEO Tariq Iqbal for their contribution in promoting relations between Italy and Pakistan.
