CHINIOT-A young man gunned down his mother and sister over a domestic dispute here on Monday. According to police, in village Darbar Mian Saddiqqi of Laliyan, district Chiniot, 25-year-old Robina was forcibly married off to a 70-year-old person three months ago.However, she after developing differences with her elderly husband started living with her parents and also moved to the court for divorce. Her brother Mumtaz who recently returned from Muscat insisted his sister to return to her home but she and her mother refused. The accused over refusal got furious and accompanied by his maternal uncle shot dead his mother and sister and fled the scene. The bodies were shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities. The police have registered a case against the murderers.
