Hajj flights operation to continue till June 30

ISLAMABAD - Ministry of Religious Affairs for Inter-Faith Harmony on Wednesday announced that Hajj flight operation (106 flights) will continue till June 30.

According to the ministry’s spokesman, 1710 pilgrims were scheduled to fly to Madina on June 8 by eight Hajj flights while 1330 more pilgrims will leave for the holy land through 5 Hajj flights today (Thursday). The spokesman said that within 3 days 3919 pilgrims have reached Saudi Arabia.

While talking about the flight schedule, he said that there will be four flights from Islamabad and one each from Karachi, Lahore, Quetta and Multan.

He said that Hajj Moawaineen (helpers) have been deployed at Makkah, Madina and Saudi airports. Hospitals and dispensaries have also been set up in Makkah, Madina and Jeddah under Pakistani Hajj medical mission.
