The Islamabad District administration has announced security drills on Friday amid the rising situation between Pakistan and India.
Islamabad Deputy Commissioner Irfan Nawaz Memon said that security drills have been scheduled today at various location that includes the Centaurus Mall, Zarghoon Plaza, and Khudadad Heights.
The administration has requested the citizens not to panic as Siren shall be activated as part of the drill.
In another development, Cambridge International Education (CIE) and the British Council have cancelled all tests scheduled for Friday, May 9, in Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, the Islamabad Capital Territory, and Punjab province.
