One Pakistan Army soldier Muhammad Ilyas martyred in result of Afghanistan cross-border firing in Rajgal Valley of Khyber Agency Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated. 

According to media wing of military, the militants opened fire from Afghan territory on newly established post near the border. 

Five terrorists were killed, four got injured in retaliatory firing by Paksitan army, ISPR added. 

Pakistan Army is conducting military operation in Rajgal Valley in final push to eliminate terrorist networks in Pakistan. The area is adjacent to Afghan border and considered to be one of most critical areas with reference to operation against militants.
