UAE crown prince likely to visit Pakistan this month

ISLAMABAD   -  Crown Prince of United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan will arrive Pakistan on a two-day visit likely this month at the invitation of Prime Minister Imran Khan. Diplomatic sources told The Nation that dates of this visit is being worked out by both the sides. They said that during the visit, the Crown Prince would meet Prime Minister Imran Khan in a one on one meeting. Both the leaders would also hold delegation level talks. The UAE Crown Prince would be accompanied by a high level cabinet and business delegation. The sources said a number of MoUs and agreements are expected to be signed during the visit between the two countries in various fields. UAE companies are expected to bring huge investments in Pakistan in various fields including the energy sector which would give a boost to the economy and create job opportunities. This is the second visit of Crown Prince Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan to Pakistan. He visited Islamabad in January 2020 on a day-long visit at the invitation of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
