KARACHI - The Board of Directors of HBL Asset Management Limited, in its meeting, announced final distribution for the year ended on June 30,2009. The board has approved final dividend at Rs2.50 per unit in the form of Bonus Unit for 'A & 'B classes of Units and cash Dividend of Rs2.50 per units for classes 'C unit for the year ended June 30, 2009. The bonus units will be issued based on the Ex-Dividend NAV as on June 30, 2009. Unit Holders Who Have opted to en-cash the bonus units at the Ex-Dividend Net Asset Value (NAV) Will Receive Cash Payout based on Ex-Dividend NAV as on June 30, 2009. Unit holders whose names are included in the register on June 30, 2009 will be entitled to cash dividend / bonus units. This payout is in addition to three interim dividends paid earlier in the year of Rs 7.75 per unit thereby, bringing the total dividend pay out to Rs. 10.25 per unit.
