So finally KBD is shelved forever. But questions still remain unanswered. Who authorised the federal minister to announce this? How can he take such an important decision on his own? Is this decision taken to strengthen the so-called alliance with ANP? The decision is horrendous and its reversal must come from Zardari or Gilani.
