Conference held to express solidarity with Palestinians

Lakki marwat  -  Speakers at a conference strongly criticized the indifference of the international community toward the situation in Gaza, stating that thousands of innocent Palestinian Muslims—including women, children, and the elderly—have been martyred in the ongoing, merciless Israeli aggression and bombardment.

The conference was held on Monday at the residence of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf senior leader and former district nazim, Ishfaq Ahmad Khan Meenakhel, in Lakki city to express solidarity with the oppressed Muslims of Gaza. PTI activists, local elders, and a large number of residents participated in the event.

Participants unanimously adopted a resolution to express solidarity with the Palestinian people and to condemn Israeli aggression against them.

“Why are the United Nations, human rights organizations, and other international bodies silent on the worst kind of aggression in human history and the ongoing genocide of innocent people in Gaza by Israeli forces?” questioned Ishfaq and other speakers.

They noted that while the world is eager to protect children from polio, the massacre of Muslim children continues unabated in Gaza.

The former nazim described the Israeli aggression as a one-sided war and an act of state terrorism on Palestinian soil, where the blood of innocent Muslims is being shed.

He called on the international community to take immediate notice of Israeli brutality and atrocities and to intervene to stop the genocide of the Palestinian people.

“The Muslim Ummah will never forget this barbarity,” he asserted, adding that the day is not far when Palestinian Muslims will live as citizens of an independent state.
