Rahim Yar Khan  -  Rahim Yar Khan Police rescued five abducted individuals during an intelligence-based targeted operation in the Kacha area. According to DPO Irfan Ali Samo, the operation took place late Friday night and continued into Saturday, culminating in a gunfire exchange between police and criminal elements. Following the encounter, all five hostages were safely recovered. The rescued individuals have been identified as Naeem Soomra, Kamran Sheikh, Irfan Langah, Shehbaz Sheikh, and Abdul Sattar. DPO Irfan Ali Samo informed that these victims had been kidnapped from Sadiqabad and Bhong just a few days prior. During the operation, police also apprehended two facilitators associated with the kidnappers. The operation was supported by advanced technology, including night vision goggles, long-range weapons, and armored vehicles.
