1 litre milk

2 mangoes

Sugar according to taste

1 teaspoon rose water

Vermicelli crushed


Take the milk, add sugar according to taste and crushed vermicelli (after cooking the mixtures consistency should not be to runny). Bring above to boil. When vermicelli is cooked take off fire and let it cool. After it is cool add small pieces of mango and rose water. Keep it cool in the refrigerator after which you can eat it, this is a Bohra dish.
