Shahzeb murder case: ATC sends Shahrukh Jatoi to central jail

An Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday sent Shahrukh Jatoi, the main accuse in Shahzeb Khan murder case, to central jail after the medical report revealed that his age is between 19 to 20 year.
The report submitted in the court by the seven-member medical board, constituted to ascertain Shahrukh Jatoi’s age, has declared that he is over 19 years of age.
The judge also issued showcase notice to the investigation officer and the police surgeon who earlier submitted wrong report and declared Jatoi minor.
According to birth and academic certificates, Jatoi was born on 27th November 1993, accordingly, his age is 19 years.
The court adjourned the case till February 19.
Shahrukh Jatoi, along with three other nominated accused Nawab Siraj Ali Talpur, Nawab Sajjad Ali Talpur and their employee Ghulam Murtaza Lashari, has been accused of killing Shahzeb Khan after a brawl in DHA Phase V on December 25.
