KARACHI - The Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen on Sunday staged rallies, expressing its dismay over the completion of one year of the PML-N govt. The MWM staged its main protest outside the Press Club here, in which scores of party supporters including women and children participated. They were raising slogans against the PMN-N govt for its pro-terrorism and pro-monarchy policies, making Pakistan a proxy state of the despotic rulers.
Addressing on the occasion, MWM Sindh deputy secretary general Allama Sadiq Raza Taqvi said, “The government has handed Pakistan over to Taliban terrorists during its first year. The PMLN govt agreed to serve Saudi monarchy at $1.5 against the Syrian government.”
He said the United States and Zionist regime of Israel always used Saudi monarchies and its allies in their wars on Islam, Muslims and Arabs. He said that no Arab monarchy trained Arabs and Muslims for armed resistance to wipe off the illegitimate Zionist regime of Israel, but they are splurging the wealth of their people to advance Zionist interests against the Syrian regime.
“Taliban massacred thousands of innocent Pakistani citizens, but the PMLN government is least interested to ensure justice to heirs of the martyrs. How will the rule of law be established?” he asked and warned the government to desist itself from such plots against the people of Pakistan.
