SIALKOT - The petrol pumps in Sialkot have stopped supply of patrol and diesel to the police departments official vehicles in Sialkot, following the outstanding arrears of Rs 6 million. Talking to the newsmen here, several owners of the filling stations in Sialkot city said that the Sialkot police department had become a defaulter of Rs 6 million due to which the supply of patrol and diesel had been halted to police department. They urged the police high ups to ensure the early payment of the said outstanding dues. On the other hand, senior police officials said that the lack of he funds was the main hurdle behind the payment of said amounts to the local filling stations.
