Counter Terrorism Department in Quetta killed suspected facilitator of the 2016 Civil Hospital bombing in a shootout.

According to Police officials, the encounter took place on Qambrani Road. Asfandyar was killed while an accomplice was arrested. Explosives and arms were also recovered from the two.

Balochistan Chief Minister Nawaz Sanaullah Zehri appreciated the police operation.
