Dinner for Pakistan Achievement Awards team
LONDON (PR): Pakistani community whilst living in various countries around the world is not only working for the progress. Welfare and prosperity of the countries like America, Canada, UK and Europe but is also working hard for the goodwill of their origin country Pakistan. These sentiments were expressed by Member House of Lords, Lord Nazir Ahmed the other day at a dinner hosted in the honour of Pakistan Achievement Awards UK & Europe team in London.
While expressing these views, he further said that the way Pakistan Achievement Awards’ team is working on regular basis for the last 5 years is a happy augury. He congratulated the Pakistan Achievement Awards UK & Europe team for successfully holding the Awards show.
He further said that these quality programs should be supported in every possible way through which positive image of Pakistan is highlighted to save the country’s image on international level, and through which needful response is also given to those who are in their efforts to spoil the good name of Pakistan.
Lord Nazir further said: ‘We are happy that Overseas Pakistani community is available not only in the UK or various European countries but all over the world and are working for the uplift of their country’s image, progress and prosperity; it proves that our community has the ability to resist all the negative propaganda and work positively in the right direction. I should also convey this message to the people who are talking against Pakistan and Pakistanis that they should first look into themselves what they are doing for the community; they will probably find the answers to their questions.’
