KARACHI    -    Muhammad Rafique Qureshi, an officer of Ex-PCS (BS-20) is posted as Secretary Labour and Human Resources Department with immediate effect. According to notification, on promotion to BS-20 on regular basis, Muhammad Rafique Qureshi was posted as Secretary Labour and Human Resources Department Sindh vice Hafeezullah Abbasi transfered and directed to report to SGA&CD.
