ISLAMABAD - After suffering a major defeat in the Senate, the government will now get parliamentary approval through a joint session for the privatisation of the Pakistan International Airlines.
According to officials, Minister Incharge Cabinet Secretariat will move the Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Conversion Bill, 2016.
This motion will be presented in National Assembly during Monday (today) session.
According to opposition a joint strategy to record the protest will be devised in the business advisory committee meeting scheduled hours before the session. It is likely to be a joint protest, where all the opposition will record its objection against the selling off the national carrier.
