The Supreme Court(SC) will hear the two pending cases against President Asif Zardari on November 17.A three member bench of Supreme Court headed by Justice Sardar Muhammad Raza will hear both the cases. The first case is against High Court verdict in assets reference which is Asif Ali Zardari versus state and another one is state versus Asif Ali Zardari. The second case is about transfer of accountability reference from one court to another. The last hearing of these cases was conducted in 2004 whereas assets reference has already abolished under NRO.
