ISLAMABAD   -    The Directorate of Municipal Administration of the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad has once again failed to get bids over the reserved price for its two lucrative sites in Islamabad.
It was the third attempt by the DMA to auction a parking site located adjacent to the Centaurus Mall and a bus stand located at G-9 Markaz for their smooth functioning and operations against net guaranteed revenue. In the last attempt, only two firms participated in the open auction in this regard and they also gave bids less than the reserved price. Now, in the third attempt, the DMA received bids for both sites but this remained below the reserved price as well. According to details, the highest bid received to operate a parking site adjacent to the Centaurus Mall was Rs.66 million, which was given by M/s Swift Security Services.
